DMCA Policy

EspaceHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. This DMCA policy outlines how we respond to copyright infringement claims and the process for submitting a takedown notice.

1. Notice of Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on EspaceHub infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. To ensure we can process your notice efficiently, please provide the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice. The counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which EspaceHub may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, EspaceHub will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that has been subject to multiple copyright complaints.

4. Disclaimer

EspaceHub does not pre-screen content uploaded by users, and we are not responsible for any content posted by users that may infringe on the rights of third parties. However, we will take appropriate action in response to a valid DMCA notice, including removing the infringing content and potentially suspending or terminating the user’s account.
